This form informs the Buyer before the contract is made, as required by the Distance Contracts Regulation. It is accepted at checkout. This is an English translation of the Turkish text; if the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Main Features of the Product

Digital token packs used for AI generation in ComicPad, such as covers, pages, narration, caricatures and live-stream actions. Tokens are an intangible (digital) product; nothing physical is shipped.

3. Price

Pack prices are shown in US dollars on comic-pad.com/pricing. Payment is taken in Turkish lira; the VAT-inclusive TRY amount shown at checkout applies. There are no shipping, service or transaction fees.

4. Payment

One-off payment by credit or debit card through Elekse Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., with 3D Secure verification. The Seller does not store card details.

5. Delivery

Tokens are added to the Buyer's ComicPad account as soon as payment is confirmed. Delivery is electronic and immediate.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Token packs are intangible goods delivered instantly. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, once delivery starts with the Buyer's confirmation at checkout, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Duplicate charges, undelivered tokens and technical faults on the Seller's side are covered by the Refund Policy (comic-pad.com/legal/refund-policy).

7. Complaints

Complaints: info@comic-pad.com or +90 542 667 88 86. Disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the Buyer lives or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits, and above them to the Consumer Courts.
