Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Delivery

Token packs are digital products. As soon as payment is confirmed, the tokens are added to your ComicPad account and appear in your balance. There is no shipping.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods delivered instantly, because delivery starts with the confirmation you give at checkout.

3. When We Refund

Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra charges are refunded.

Tokens not delivered: if you were charged but the tokens were not added to your account within 24 hours, we add the tokens or refund the payment.

Technical fault: if you cannot use the tokens you bought because of a fault on our side, we make up the tokens or refund the unused part, depending on the problem.

Unused pack: if you ask within 14 days of purchase and no tokens from the pack have been spent, we consider your refund request in good faith.

4. Automatic Token Refunds

If a generation (cover, page, narration or caricature) fails because of an error on our side, the tokens spent are returned to your account automatically. In live streams, tokens for cameo and plot-twist suggestions the streamer rejects are also returned.

5. How to Ask for a Refund

Write to info@comic-pad.com with the payment date, the amount and your username.

We answer within 10 business days at the latest. Approved refunds are sent back to the card used for payment within 14 days of approval; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Tokens from a refunded pack are removed from your account.
