We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location data, contacts, browsing history, or any other personal information. ComicPad is designed to work without requiring any personal information from you.

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide and maintain the ComicPad service; (b) generate AI-powered story content based on your inputs; (c) manage your account, tokens, and achievements; (d) improve and optimize the app experience; (e) ensure the security and integrity of our service.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
We use Google's Gemini AI service to generate story text and images. When you create a story, your prompts and character descriptions are sent to Google's servers for processing. This data is used solely for content generation and is subject to Google's AI privacy policies. We also use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for secure data storage and MongoDB for database management.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Your device identifier is stored in your device's secure keychain, which persists across app installations.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with: (a) AI service providers (Google Gemini) for content generation; (b) cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, MongoDB) for data storage; (c) Apple for payment processing. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
7. Public Content
If you choose to make your stories public through the Discover feature, other users will be able to view your story content and your username. You can make stories private at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
ComicPad is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used our service, please contact us and we will promptly delete the associated data.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access the data we hold about your account; (b) delete your account and all associated data permanently through the app; (c) make your stories private or delete them at any time. To exercise these rights, use the account management features in the app or contact us directly.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data including stories, pages, images, tokens, achievements, and usage statistics are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of ComicPad after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
